Group members cannot see outgoing emails sent from shared group address

Hello,

We have a group email address (admin@ourdomain) with 3 members. All members have permission to send emails using this group address, which works well. However, when one member sends an email from admin@, the other group members cannot see that outgoing message.

Is there a way to configure Axigen so that all group members can see emails sent by other members using the group address? Ideally through:

  • An automatic CC/BCC to all group members on outgoing messages from that address, or

  • A shared “Sent” folder that all members can access, or

  • Some other method to provide visibility of outgoing correspondence

We’ve looked at Acceptance & Routing rules, but those appear to only apply to incoming messages (they trigger on the “On Recipient” event).
