Hostname SSL Certificate

Hello,
no matter what I do the hostname certicate is not valide. I check the cert letsencypt certicate mail. exemple.com it said :
This SSL certificate is not currently used for any service listener, configuration, or virtual host.
on the web it is giving me a warning. :

Your connection is not private

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from mail.sitespace.net (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more about this warning

net::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

please tell me how I can generate and assign letsencrypt ssl cert to the hostname , for exemple mail.mysite.com

Based on what you’ve written, it looks like the listener isn’t setup with SSL.

Let’s start with Axigen’s instructions for this at Let’s Encrypt Support | Axigen Documentation. Have you followed these instructions to install the cert?
