How can I increase the number of accounts on Axigen server?

Hi guys;

I have an axigen server with a maximum of 215 accounts and my team has filled out the limit.

How can I increase 15 more account to reach the total of 230 available accounts on my server?ore account to reach the total of 230 available accounts on my server?

Hi
It depends on your license.
Login to webadmin, in dashboard under license details check amount of Users licensed.
Also please check License type and share these two parameters here.

License type:Business Messaging / Perpetual
Users licensed: 215

You reached the maximum amount of allowed accounts, so you need to contact to sales department and upgraded your license.
