Hello! I have an Outlook license from Microsoft 365 Family. When I try to install Outlook Connector (MAPI connector) on my PC (Windows 11 24H2 26100.3476; Outlook 16.0.14332.21007), I get the error: “Axigen Outlook Connector 10.2.2 requires that your computer is running Outlook 2010, 2013 or 2016 (64-bit)”.
Of course, I download the latest version from the site (currently it is 10.2. 2.95). And I tried both x64 and x86. The program description says that it is suitable for Microsoft 365. Maybe the problem is that it requires Windows 10? I tried to run it in compatibility mode, but without success. Although it is clear that this mode is not a panacea.
Help, who knows, what could be the problem.
