I have a problem sending emails

This is the error message:

Fail-info : Unable to connect to 209.85.202.26: The semaphore timeout period has expired.
Status :PROCESSED - RELAY
MBox :INBOX

Hello,

Usually this kind of error is logged when a firewall is preventing access to “Internet” on port 25 TCP.

Could you check if, from the same server where Axigen is running, you could connect to that IP address on port 25 (for example using telnet command line tool)?
