Incoming mails are rejected with PROCESSING ERROR

Hello,

I get the same error for all my users in our Windows Axigen Server and incoming RemotePOP mails are not delivered to users inboxes.

We do not have SA installed and it’s corresponding settings is switched off in Webadm AntiVirus & AntiSpam Supported apps.

I do not think that it is related but this behavior started after applying these advanced routing settings

Please check that SpamAssassin service is running and is listening on port 783. Note that SpamAssassin is not part of Axigen package and should be installed manually.

Thank you for your answer.
We do not have an active Spamassassin installation on the machine. This is the strange part.
Netstat shows axigen service senting SYN packets and not receiving Acknowledgment which is normal since Spamassassin is not installed

Spamassassin settings is switched off in Webadm AntiVirus & AntiSpam Supported apps.

But what about the status for SpamAssasin filter at domain level?

WebAdmin > Manage Domains > Configure your domain > Message Filters > AntiVirus / AntiSpam Filters

Indeed the corresponding setting was set to on in the domain antispam settings.
Clearing it did the trick.
Emails are processed and delivered normally now.
