LetsEncrypt The SSL certificate could not be generated!

Hi,
I am hitting error in “The SSL certificate could not be generated!” While generating LesEncrypt cert from Axigen Webadmin-Security & Filtering- SSL Certificate. port 443 has been opened from firewall NAT router. I am access Webadmin from WAN. Any Guru here can help, thanks !

Is your port 80 also open? Let’s Encrypt requires that to confirm you own the domain.

You need to open port 80 from your firewall AND you need to enable port 80 at the Axigen admin interface. Remember to keep those ports open/enabled, or Axigen cannot refresh that certificate!

Thanks Guy, issue resolve by changing Webmail port to 8080 instead of port 80… This is very strange, i have confirm firewall/NAT port 80 to Axigen server port 80 and it STILL fail… After changing Wemail port to port 8080. It works ! Firewall DNAT PAT port 80 to port 8080…

I did the same thing since I found that my server’s Port 80 was being used by something else, so I changed Axigen to use 8080 and then did a port forward from 80 to 8080.
