Hello,

Are you the admin of an Axigen server? If yes, check the WebMail service listeners so you will know the hostname / IP address to use when connecting to the WebMail interface. There you should use the credentials of the account you like to use for login.

If you are the end-user of an Axigen server than you should ask your admin for login details.
