Mail messages does't arrive the destination address

Hi;

I’m systems administrator in my company, and one of our customer has it mail server with us on Axigen platform.
They have some days trying to send messages to gmail and yahoo mail domains, but these messages never arrives the destination.

I checked out the policies and security filterings and everithing is ok. Even, there isn’t any restriction to send mail messages to any mail domain.

But meanwhile I was checking out the system configuration on Axigen platform server I got realized that there were a message queues marked as “send failure” and it doesn’t say anything else about the error.

When we try to send a message to yahoo.com or gmail.com on the Outlook just appears as message sent, but we don’t receive any incoming message saying something about any error. But the message never arrives to the destination.

On “manage queue” appears all the messages that has never arrived to the other side, and is where appears as “send failure”.

please set log level of processing module and smtp sending on protocol communication and try again for one email and search in [axigen working directory]/log/everything.txt for the problem.

Please not that every email has its specific serial that you can follow it for better investigations.

Then share the logs here.

Thank you for your answer.
We noticed that there were some servers replies. One of them had the SMTP port blocked.
But this server wasn’t the server from the past screenshots.
