Massive storage growth without reason

Hi All

I’ve been using Axigen for a long time. Since a few weeks my server keeps running out of diskspace because
the Axigen message store of my primary domain is growing like crazy.

Currently the message store is 192 GB big , however, when I login to each mailbox under that domain not a single
one has a size that even remotely comes close to this size.

I already tried compacting but it didn’t make much of a difference.
I have no idea why my foldersize is 192GB while I have at most 10Gb in total of mailboxes

Any suggestions where I can go from here ?

have you checked on the OS? What’s up with the log folder?

Yes I have , logfolder is 29Mb
It’s the \Domains\mydomain\messages folder that is so massively large

it holds a whole bunch of .HSF files of +/-1.5 - 2Gb each

Well … it’s solved … switched to Hmail , done :roll_eyes:

I had this problem too.
I ran “compact storages usid” for all storages, next I ran “findinvalidmsg * purge” and finally reset axigen service

Can you Explain me bit more detail on the solution.

Is the fix mentioned above are at the OS level or at the Application level.

please clarify.

It’s at the application level.
you need to connect to Axigen via CLI.
