One of my customers discovered that there is an official looking mobile app in the google play store. He put all of his credentials in. It only asked for 3 things: email address, password, and “your site url”. After putting it in, we get a “Server connection error”
There does not seem to be much in the way of documentation available. Is there an Axigen official app, or did we fall prey to a phishing scam? If it is official, what do we have to do to make it work?
