Old license on new version

Hello,
i have an old perpetual license (2015) installed on a 10.1.4 instance.
I would like to update to 10.3. Services start ok with 10.2 but with 10.3 i get this message:

Mar 20 01:12:07 mail Axigen[10361]: ERROR: Installed license does not allow to run this server version - license’s MaintenanceDate (Fri Sep 7 02:00:00 2018) is older than this version’s release date (Thu Nov 8 01:00:00 2018)

How can i get an updated version of my license?
Mailing to support fails since my registration number is in an old, unrecognized, format.

Hello,

According with license terms, the Perpetual License will let you run indefinitelly on any older versions but not on any newer ones. In case you like to upgrade to 10.3.3 my advice is to contact sales team and check what options are available for you.
