People tell me cannot send me mail size limitation

Hello,

I have had a few people report that they cannot send me some emails because of size limitation.
I have increased my Mailbox webmail size to 50 meg but still getting the problem.

Here is the message they receive:
550 5.0.350 Remote server returned an error
->522 Mail size limit is 10240 KB

Can someone tell me where to increase this limit?

Open security & filtering > acceptance and routing
Change the value of limit message size to 50M.
