Permission add failed! error message

When adding a user to any public folder, whether for emails, a Task, a Contact, or notes, it shows a message with a red background saying, “Permission add failed!”

In the logs related to webadmin, it is showing the following:

Hello,

Could you please confirm that your domain have groupware enabled? This could be checked from WebAdmin > Manage Domains > Edit > General > Groupware.
