Problem Sending Email from approved SES relay account in aws

Hello Guys,

I think I may be overdemanding here but I liked the axigen panel and I am using free version.
I set it up on aws windows instance and I am able to receive but I am unable to send Emails.

I added the domain, opened all ports in aws security groups and disabled windows defender.

I placed the ses generated user and password authentication alongwith email relay host.

In desperation after spending 2days straight I am asking for help. what am I doing wrong?

It seems that DNS servers that you set in DNR does not work.
Change them.

Hello Mohammed, I set public dns servers 8.8.8.8, 1.1.1.1, 9.9.9.9 in DNR after your suggestion.

It seems like it is not sending email at all. Also I fear my spf and dkim are not set up properly too. even though I am sure my process is right

I can send you access to server can you please take a look at it ?

I have a deadline to maintain and I really want to use axigen because its sophisticated and modern.
