Problem viewing message in Mobile / Tablet

Good morning,

I have a problem viewing (Inbox) emails (WebMail) via Mobile / Tablet using Chrome / Safari. But I´m able to view them on my laptop (with Chrome). I am able to switch between folders on my Mobile and there I can view messages within other folders. Tried the functionality “Request Desktop Site” which worked.

Looking at the logs on the server I can see this:
Sort index update failed (Unable to delete message 12217 from keys table: database disk image is malformed)

Can I somehow find this message id and delete manually if that´s the case?

Tried various of CLI command but without much luck.
e.g. findinvalidmsg * purge

Also removed the indexes making the system create a new for me.

Can you please help?

I´m using Axigen (10.6.8) Windows

Here is what I see, just happens in the Inbox folder. Have tried to move all the messages from Inbox to a new folder and still happens whether there is a new message in the Inbox.
