Receive / Sending issues

Hello!

I have recently installed Axigen on a Windows 2019 Server and sometimes the delay between sending and receiving is very long (sometimes even 2 hours!) which can’t be normal. And sometimes it doesn’t even receive anything.

Are you getting the same delay when sending internally from one account to another on your server?

Also, do you have any logs to show you the delay?

When sending the mail internally it arrives instantly without a delay.

I will see if I can get a log of this later today when I get home.

This happens when it doesn’t receive it and gets send back to the sender.

And this is what shows in queue. (sometimes stays stuck there for about an hour!)

The error you’re showing points to an SPF issue, but since you’re also having issues sending, could it be a DNS issue? Do you have a DNS set in Axigen? (I’d also be interested in the SMTP Send log.)

To find exact root cause of the delay I would recommend to set the log level for SMTP Receiving, SMTP Sending and Processing services to Protocol Communication and after that check in the resulting log files at which step the delay occurs.

If is possible please share the resulting log files.
