Redirect Filter does not work for a specific domain

We have a hybrid setup where axigen is the main mail and our executives are using 0365 Exchange Online. We use filters to redirect mails from axigen to exchange. This works for all external domains except for 1 external domain. We have no issues with this setup until the filters stoped working around feb 21. This was resolved and right now, the exchange users are able to receive emails from other domains except for this 1 domain where the filter does not work. Please advise. Thank you in advance for your help

I checked the smtp-in and smtp-out logs. The mail from this domain is logged in smtp-in and received by axigen server but is not present in the smtp-out logs. Does this mean that there is a process error in relaying the messages for this domain and others do not have errors?

There is a lot of info missing here:
Start at the beginning:

  • Can you reach the problematic mail server from your axigen server?
  • Can you telnet to it via port 25?
    If not, does the problematic mail server use blacklists, fail2ban or similar mechanisms?

If yes, have you tried sending an e-mail to the problematic domain via axigen?
