RemotePOP pickup interval

Hello, is there any way to reduce the pickup interval for remotePOP.
5 Minutes seem to be the minimum but this is still a very long interval for us.

I am using Axigen mainly as a filter installation within a regular eMail communication line (provider -> Axigen Filters -> distribution to different recipients). This communication line should be as fast as possible so if Axigen is picking up the mails from the provider with remotePOP only every 5 minutes then the time until the recipients receive the mail is too long.

I have opened a ticket for the reported issue.

In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, you may allow access to the (obsolete) Stadard WebMail interface that it seems is allowing to set a smaller value than 5 minutes for the remotePOP retrieval parameter:

WebMail > Settings > WebMail Data > RPOP Connections

As soon we’ll have a fix for the Ajax interface I’ll let you know.

Hello @stefano,

Following back to our discussion, please know that starting with Axigen 10.3.3.3 as long as the account has configured in the WebAdmin under its “quotas and restrictions” page as “minimum message retrieval interval” set to 1 minute, you may also set the retrieval value to 1 minute in WebMail > Settings > Remote Mail.

Please let us know if this fixes the reported behavior.
