Scrolling through emails

Hi there,

Up until recently I would scroll through my emails with the up/down arrows. It was very handy to quickly mark emails as read with “down” press followed by “ctrl+Q”.

For the past few weeks if I press down it scrolls down the email list but does not select the next email.

Any suggestions on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Let me know the version of Axigen that you are running at this point, and if this behavior occurs after an upgrade (major or patch).

Hi Florin,

Axigen Mail Server version 10.2.1.39.0

I have just found out that it is Firefox preventing me from doing this. I’ve just tested this on Chrome and my old method works.

From my understanding a new security measure within firefox prevents this from happening.
