Sending to Apple Addresses

Hello, I installed Axigen on a Linode last night, trialling it as an option to sell to our clients.
I have set up a new domain for management and then a family members domain as a test.

DNS and all setup. The mail flow is fine, except for one odd issue,
We just noticed that we send an email to an email address with @icloud.com, @me.com etc… Webmail shows and error:
The Message Could not be sent.
Shared with CloudApp

Everything is pretty much vanilla, and the only addition was SPF and DKIM.
Any suggestions as to where to start troubleshooting?

UPDATE: I just realised I cannot send at all, no matter the email address.
Only change was upgrading WebMail and WebAdmin?

Hi
please set log level of processing module and smtp sending on protocol communication and try again for one email and search in [axigen working directory]/log/everything.txt for the problem.
Every email has its specific serial that you can follow it for better investigations.
Then share logs here

Thanks, Mohammad,

I removed and added the MX record as the logs show I could not find the server.
Then as soon as it propagated, I managed to send it to Gmail.

But Apple address still failed, and yet again, the log was beneficial:
2021-08-11 10:44:06 +0000 08 localhost SMTP-OUT:00000004: Server rejected connection with message: 5.7.0 Blocked - see https://support.proofpoint.com/dnsbl-lookup.cgi?ip=x.x.x.x.x

Linode IP I reported with Proofpoint yesterday; I should probably ask Linode for another IP?
I did fix the reverse DNS.

Hi
Don`t change the IP.
Check that it does not list in any blacklists and go to the reffered web page and fill the form.
https://support.proofpoint.com/dnsbl-lookup.cgi?ip=x.x.x.x.x

Thanks, that’s what I did yesterday. Filled out the form and will wait on them to reply.

Thanks again for the help.

Your welcome.
You can send a test email to an email address that this site gives you.

It somehow evaluates the reputation of the received email and helps you to increase your IP reputation.

Thanks, that highlighted a couple of things, and I decided to add DMARC… getting 10/10 now!
