Server IP changed and Email not working

Hi, my static IP changed when I change the internet provider, and my email domain was linked to the IP of the older provider. Now I can’t even login on to Axigen webmail. Im looking for the options to fix the issue.

Did you update your DNS records?

I’m not sure if has been changed, what I can see now is that the DNS server details is the same as “Default gateway”

If the IP address changed for your domain, you’ll need to update the nameserver information with the new IP Address. This will include at least your A record (for your webmail) and possibly the MX record so that the e-mail will be sent to the correct address. If your MX record just points to the A record, you shouldn’t have to update that.
