Service can't start after update

Hello.

I just updated axigen as a result of your email about the security update. I am on Ubuntu 18.04. The service now fails to start with an error:

/opt/axigen/bin/axigen: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.28’ not found (required by /opt/axigen/bin/axigen)

Ideas?

Ubuntu 18.o4 is EOL since May 2023. Glibc should be 2.27 (ldd --version).

Axigen 10.5 is not supported on 18.04 (only 20 and 22) … as 18.04 is EOL.

Hello,

My bad. Noticed that shortly after posting. Have upgraded server and restored. That’s what happens when I don’t read release notes!
