Hi
maybe a stupid question, but iam not that familiar with Axigen Mailserver yet
our domain has a group with a list of members
the group configuration sounds fine to me:
receive email: anybody
but some of the members can not send mails to the group adress
where can be the problem?

Hello,
Please increase log level to Protocol Communication for Processing and SMTP Receiving services (via WebAdmin > Services) and check you Axigen logs (like everything.txt or default.txt from from default location /var/opt/axigen/log) for any hints of message rejection.
If still unclear please share your logs specifying the member and group email address.

the group can receive mails from “anybody”
where to set the permission ?
Hello,
Because you have mentioned that the problem occurs only for some of the group members and because the message said “Permission denied” I’ll suspect some specific limits or restrictions for those accounts (as senders).
Could you please check their setup via WebAdmin > Domains & Accounts > Mana ge Accounts > Edit > Send / Receive restrictions?
