Subject: Axigen 10.7.1 Free Mail Server license still shows 3 days

I am running Axigen Mail Server 10.7.1 on Windows. I requested the Free Mail Server license through the official form and downloaded the .bin license file.

The WebAdmin reports “License key applied successfully” and identifies the license type as “Free Mail Server”, but the validity period still shows 3 days after the server restart.

The axigen_lk.txt file is also missing from the expected run directory.

Please help me verify whether the correct annual Free Mail Server license was issued and applied.

Hello,

Please double check if you have applied exactly the downloaded licence (requested on 10 Oct).

You should see:

  • Registration Code: NACH xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx
  • License type:|Free Mail Server (Yearly)
