I noticed in the provided output that almost all the files of message storage are at the maximum capacity (1Gb) and in this case Axigen does not have enough space to create the sortIndex.
My recommendation is to increase the max file size of existent message storage with 10 - 15% from Webadmin -> Domains & Accounts -> Manage domains -> Edit x2comm.com domain -> Storage -> Message Storage section. Also considering that this message storage is almost full will be a good idea to add a new message storage following the steps from KB article available at:
