Trial License has expired

Hello,

I have a installation of your community version based on 2 to 3 users. We are now getting a message in the systemctl advising the trial license has expired. It has failed to start the Axigen service.

Full Message : License key has expired; default (trial) license will be used.

OS: Centos 8
Axigen version:10.3.3.1

Can I renew the community license?

Yes, you can renew the license. Just go to Pricing | Axigen, put in your current registration code (“Renewals and Upgrades” section, continue to the next page and request a new free license.

Hello,
Thanks for the reply, unfortunately I am unable to get to the web page as the service will not start due to the expired license. Can I do it another way?

I believe you can just go to AXIGEN Mail Server - License Registration and fill out the form.

Thanks that was very useful.

I downloaded a new license as suggested.

Backed up the server (VM)
Open the server using SSH
Navigated to the folder cd /var/opt/axigen/
Renamed the file mv axigen_lk.bin axigen_lk.bin.old
uploaded the new license file to the folder.
Started the axigen service systemctl start axigen
Checked the service was working correctly systemctl status axigen
Open the web page for the web client is working.

All worked.
