Trying to renew License and says my email is invalid

Hello,

I got a email reminder that my License will expire and I need to renew. I logged into the Admin and proceeded to the License registration page and it prefilled my info. I clicked submit and it gave me an error my Email Address is invalid.

PLEASE ENTER A VALID EMAIL, SO WE CAN SEND YOUR LICENSE

It is the same email I have been using, In fact it is an address on the mail server I am trying to renew.
I still have 29 days to renew. can you help?

(Your License and Software Maintenance expire in 29 days.)

You may always contact sales team on an alternative channel, using details from the Contact page.

Now, regarding your report could you please send me a screen capture of the License registration page prefilled with your info so we could double check what could be wrong there?

Hello!

Maybe Your prefilled form field contains space that You can not see until You select the whole text in that field (click in that form, press CTRL-A). If it is not an editable field my tip is usable, sorry.

Hello,

Neither me or the OP didn’t confirms but the problem was related to missing MX record for their domain (due to an unfortunate DNS misconfiguration from their side) and our email validation procedure didn’t accept that particular email address to be used into that form.
