Unable to access webmail portal via FQDN

I’ve got Axigen setup working perfectly, sending receiving.
I can access the webmail portal via the internal server IP

but when I navigate to it using the FQDN it sits at “Loading “mailbox name” 100%”

Any ideas?

I’ve tried both internally on the network and externally. Different browsers and a mobile device.

I find I get this when logging in from different URLs to the same account, my assumption is the session cookie goes nuts and does it.

Clearing cache on the browser has literally always fixed it for me, or loading a different browser and testing.

If that was the issue you’ve probably already fixed it, but for anyone else searching it might help.
