I do have a signature. I was trying to update with maybe a Christmas theme.
Anyway I am having no luck.
When I go to ‘settings’
this is the only screen I get.
Not sure how I got my existing signature. It was a few years ago.

The buton is there, but due to you monitor resolution, it is not visible.
One solution is to adjust your monitor resolution or use the Ctrl+, (while holding down the Ctrl key, press the comma key) shortcut to access settings page.
