Using filtered folder Anti-Spam, whitelisted addresses being ignored

Good day,

first of all i wish you all a good change to the new year, without covid and such bad things.

I am a axigen user for many years now and i am always impressed about that nice kind of software. I am gratefull about the free licence concept:-)

I tried the “filtered e-mail folder” as anti-spam protection and i am positive suprised about it. But one issue makes me wonder.

No matter if i whitelist an email address or entire domain (*@domain.com) in webmail or webadmin, the incoming mails always redirected in the filtered folder.

Only if i add thise addresses into my addressbook, the mails landing in my inbox! Thats exactly how it should work, but whitlisted addresses should being ignored, isn`t it so???

Sender like amazon / ebay for instance send mails with different names before the @. Would bee nice if i could whitlist those domains

I appologize for my bad english, i am german:-)

THX

Tom

It seems that filtering with “incoming message rules” does the job! Further test needed. But it would be impossible for normal users to add those rules!
