Since January I have been contacting support (AXIGEN#2025020599000078] New WA support ticket | 2025-02-05 08:36 | RC: xxx-redacted-xxx) about the fact that the Web interface lags when you delete an unnecessary letter, the list randomly scrolls up from the place where the letter was and this often happens when you quickly scroll through the list of letters and stop to delete the letter
Also, for some time now, when deleting a letter, the list becomes empty (screenshot attached), then you need to scroll the list a little for the letters to appear
Apparently, some updates fixed this, and now when you delete an email, the list isn’t empty.
But there’s a problem: when you delete an unwanted email and then scroll down the list and find another unwanted email and delete it, the next email should be highlighted and the list shouldn’t move, and the deleted email should disappear. Instead, the list randomly scrolls, and you have to scroll to find the place where the email was deleted. This is becoming less noticeable, and sometimes it doesn’t even appear.
In my experience, this happens when you quickly scroll through the list while deleting an email. For a second, it seems like the list is invisible. This is due to scrolling inertia. Something happens, and the list scrolls back to the place where the previous email was deleted. I tried to explain it as I see it.
But when you scroll through the list normally, without any sudden scrolling, there’s no problem.
I don’t know, probably many people use the web interface and everything is fine for them, but I tried it on different browsers and computers
