Hi, We are the Axigen Distributor Here in the Philippines.
We bring up this request because we have an issue with 500+ BUG folders or unwanted Multiple Folders that are automatically created when we synced the account in MAC IMAP.
The issue is related here:
Since We cannot delete these folders in FTP due to the policy that when using FTP the available action only is to download and upload the existing data of domains and accounts.
We also tried to test copy the data of the account via FTP and we manually remove the unwanted folders in the local device and back the data to domain accounts.
But unfortunately, the password of the account didn’t copy or backup.
Hoping to simplify the bulk deletion of the folder by allowing the marking folders in webmail.
Because most of the users have privacy on their accounts they don’t want to disclose their accounts data to IT especially passwords or messages.
