Check for Updates keeps returning No updates available

Hi All,
sorry if asking a silly question or it has been answered already, I’m new on this platform and I may have missed previous discussion about that.
I’m using Axigen Free Mail Server and when clicking on Check for Updates button on the WebAdmin console I keep getting No updates available.
My current Server version is 10.3.3.8, WebMail and WebAdmin are 10.3.3.8.0.

Is this expected/correct ?
Am I running the latest version or should I check/perform something manually ?

Many thanks in advance for your appreciated advice.

Kind Regards.

Hi
if you run the last version it doesn’t show anything.
and to install the last patches you can use the script in the below link:

Hello,

Right now the latest available patch is 10.3.3.19 (details here) and the only possible explanation I have in case you do not see it from Axigen WebAdmin interface is that you do not have external access from Axigen server to the following sites:

As @Mohammad has mentioned, you may use the Linux update script to update your installation.

In case you have and like to configure an HTTP proxy you may add the following line into /etc/sysconfig/axigen (or /etc/default/axigen, depending on your Linux distro) and after restarting Axigen service the built in cURL client will use the configured proxy.

export ALL_PROXY="<proxy_hostname>:<proxy_port>"

Hello! Our company WorkTime decided to install Axigen to simplify work in the office, which version is better to download? How long is the latest version of the program finished, are there any more updates planned? Sorry if off-topic.

Hello,

As always use the latest available one which at this moment is 10.3.3 (kit) + 10.3.3.19 (patch).

Hello All,
many thanks for you reply, I took a while to get out from that issue and it eventually came out the problem was the disappearing (removed by mistake I think) of the following file: cacert_default.pem
This should be the Trusted Root CA Cert Store for Axigen and in absence of it Axigen was failing to trust any https certificate including the one used to check Axigen updates availability.
The error was appearing in the Axigen logs but I coulnd’t initially associate the two issues.
I restored the file downloading a new copy from the following url: curl - Extract CA Certs from Mozilla which however I’m not sure it is a secure source.
It would be useful to know from Axigen Team the correct source for that file also to keep it up to date with latest introduced Root CA.

Kind regards.

Hello,

Yes, that’s the corrent source. It was also mentioned in another topic: LetsEncrypt certificate renewal failing

Best regards,
