You may try to configure the following for your domain:
SPF → SPF (Sender Policy Framework) | Axigen Documentation
DomainKeys & DKIM → DomainKeys & DKIM | Axigen Documentation
If you have already set them, please check whether your public IP address is listed on any blacklist.

Have you fixed it? I somehow managed to solve it but again got it happening some days back. Is it still persisting kinda issue?
I ended up upgrading to the basic business account. This has alleviated the problem, I think because outlook is a wider recognised platform. The IT support team tried many times to assist but it was my business account so I couldn’t afford to have emails going to spam. I hope you can get it sorted.
