Outlook connector failure

Dear All,

I have an operating system of Win10 and outlook 2013 is working on my machine. When I try to install outlook connector 10.2.0.0 ı have the error message as " outlook is not default mail client"…I have checked all win settings and outlook is default programme for mails everywhere. Searched on internet and found that MSIComponentID reg key could be the problem, checked it and all ok. I need a solution, hope I can find it here …
Note : Also the steps on https://www.axigen.com/documentation/configuring-outlook-to-work-with-the-axigen-connector-p589874 does not match with new connector.

Hello,

Let’s try to save the installation log so it could be checked for any hints of the reported issue.

Getting the installation log should be as simple as running the following command (from a terminal window):

msiexec /i "C:\Axigen\Axiolk-10.2.0.0x64.msi" /L*V "C:\Axigen\axiolk.log"

This assumes that you have created an Axigen folder on C: disk and you have placed the Outlook Connector kit in it.

Please share the installation log (axiolk.log - please archive it in ZIP format) and, if possible, the PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) report generated for this installation | more information here (361.5 KB).
