Outbound Sales Specialist (Hunter)

The Role

Part of the New Business team, the Outbound Sales Specialist will take ownership of all the outbound generated leads by identifying, creating and signing new large accounts clients and partners, pursuing the target and objectives completion.


Specific services:

  • reaching and exceeding the personal sales plan and the team goals, according to the objectives established with the direct manager;
  • generating new opportunities, and building and developing medium and long-term relationships that will result in successful sales closing;
  • involvement in resolving crisis situations that may affect the client, partner or company's image;
  • coordination with the Manager in building custom offers, and presenting them to clients, having the responsibility to document the process and update the information in the internal systems;
  • participating in interdepartmental projects or activities, of a temporary nature, depending on his role and competences, in order to achieve the sales team and company objectives;
  • respecting and implementing the product End User License Agreement - at team and commercial activity level Axigen's customers and partners)
  • compliance in applying the stands and procedures - company image and brand level;
  • the use of the company's resources exclusively in the company's interest.

Creating, implementing and achieving the sales plan through:

  • tracking the successful closing of the sales opportunities by setting up direct meetings, creating offers, presentations, product demos, video conferences, contracts, account management, participating in dedicated events meant to increase sales;
  • proposing, agreeing with the Manager and implementing strategies and dedicated campaigns for clients and partners;
  • market analysis and proposing new sales objectives for clients and partners;
  • identifying and communicating to Manager the factors that lead to the failure to achieve the sales plan and coming up with new solution proposals.

Identifying development directions and proposing new solutions:

  • creating new development strategies and implementing them according to the agreed objects; Ensuring the quality of pre-sale, sale and post-sale services:
  • responsibly taking care of the quality of sales services – customer side and alignment / coordination with other internal departments, to ensure the successful delivery of projects;
  • making sure that the implementation of the requirements agreed with the client in the commercial contracts, in accordance with the standards imposed by the organization and with the support of the company's interests.

Main Skills

  • Experience of at least 5 years in large accounts from Telco & SPs area, with skills focused on maintaining relations with clients
  • Enhanced communication and negotiation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language (written and spoken fluently)
  • Knowledge of the local and international industry market
  • Knowledge of MS Office package operation
