Repairing / removing an existing installation

The selected root page could not be found.

Step 1: Connector description

To run the wizard, double-click the "Axiolk" executable file. Click the "Next" button from the wizard welcome window to choose the modifications you wish to make to the existing Axigen Outlook Connector.

Step 2: Repair / Remove the installed version

The second wizard screen will prompt you with the available options for the Axiolk version installed on your computer:

  • Repair - fix errors, missing or corrupt files and registry entries corresponding to the latest Axiolk installation;
  • Remove - remove the installed Axigen Outlook Connector from your local computer.

If "Repair" is selected

Step 3: Repair

In the next repair wizard screen you will be asked to click the "Repair" button if you wish to start the Axiolk installation repair process or use the "Back" button to return to the previous wizard screen. You can also choose "Cancel" to completely exit the installation wizard.

Step 4: Completing the installation

After the repair process is successfully done you will be presented with the final wizard screen. Click "Finish" to end the repair process.

If "Remove" is selected

Step 3: Remove

In the next "Remove" wizard screen, you will be asked to click the "Remove" button if you wish to completely uninstall Axigen Outlook Connector, or the "Back" button if you wish to return to the previous wizard screen. You can also choose "Cancel" to completely exit the setup wizard.

Step 4: Completing the installation

After the uninstall process is successfully done you will be presented with the final wizard screen. Click "Finish" to end the uninstall wizard.
