How to Open Another User's Shared Folders

Accessing another user's shared folders in Axigen improves collaboration and email management. Here's how you can do it:

1. Log in to the Axigen WebMail interface
2. Navigate to your folder list
3. Right click on any of the folders in the list and select Open other user's folders
4. Choose the user whose shared folders you want to access — type to search or click the User button to open the Address Book.
5. Click the Open button to subscribe to the desired folders and close this dialog
6. Locate the newly opened folders in your folder list.
    

Note: The sharing user must have already granted you access to their folders before you try to open them.
