This article describes how to enable the SNMP service and configure it.
Solution
Before enabling the SNMP service, the Reporting service must be enabled.
To enable the SNMP service:
- Log into the webadmin interface.
- Go to the "Status & Monitoring" -> "Reporting Service" context.
- In the "SNMP Parameters" section check: "Enable SNMP"
- Enter the community name your system will use.
- Click the "Save Configuration" button.
NOTE: Axigen supports only SNMP version 2c (v2 community).
