The Axigen mobile app is the official companion app for Axigen Mail Server, developed and maintained by Axigen Messaging SRL. It lets you access your Axigen email account from an iPhone, iPad, or Android device.
The app connects directly to your organization's Axigen Mail Server. Your email, credentials, and personal data are handled by the server you sign in to — not by Axigen Messaging. For this reason, day-to-day support for your email account is provided by your email administrator or service provider, not by Axigen Messaging.
Who should you contact?
It depends on who provides your email service.
If you get email through an organization
If you receive email through your employer, school, university, government body, or another organization, your IT administrator or email administrator is the right contact for questions about your account, password, sync issues, missing messages, or access problems.
If you get email through a service provider
If your email is provided by a hosting company, ISP, or consumer email service that runs on Axigen, please contact your service provider's support team. They can help you with sign-in issues, server configuration, mailbox quotas, and anything else related to your account. Service providers typically publish their support channels on their own website or in your account dashboard.
Report a bug or problem with the app
If you believe you've found a bug or a problem that is specific to the Axigen mobile app itself (and not to your email account or server), please post in the mobile apps category of our community forum.
Please include the app version (found under Settings → About), your device model, and your operating system version so we can investigate.

For IT administrators and service providers
If you are an IT administrator or service provider running Axigen Mail Server and need support for the server itself (not for the mobile app), please use your usual channel:
- Paid Axigen customers — use the support channel included with your subscription, or contact our support team.
- Axigen Free customers — ask questions in the Axigen community forum.
