How to Access an Axigen Account via ActiveSync in Windows 10 Mail App

This article describes how to configure ActiveSync with Windows 10 Mail app.
Note that the user must have the ActiveSync premium add-on active. Within the Webadmin interface under Domains & Accounts -> Manage Accounts click “Edit” for the desired account and in the “General -> Premium add-ons for this account” sub-section ensure that the checkbox corresponding to “Enable ActiveSync” is enabled.

When messages are DKIM signed using the "simple" Header Canonicalization Algorithm, the message headers must not be modified when the message transits intermediate mail servers in order for the DKIM verification to pass.
If the DKIM signed messages are relayed via a mail gateway it is preferable to use the "relaxed" Header Canonicalization Algorithm which is more tolerant to common in-transit modifications like white space replacement and line wrapping.

Ajax WebMail 8.X Security Patch (CVE-2015-5379)

Axigen's WebMail Ajax interface implements a view attachment function that executes the javascript code which is included in email HTML attachments.
This allows a malicious user to craft email messages that could expose an Axigen Ajax WebMail user to cross site scripting or other attacks that rely on arbitrary javascript code running within a trusted domain.
Axigen versions starting with 9.0 address this issue by limiting the attachment types for which the in-browser preview is available.
For Axigen 8.x versions, we strongly recommend you to download & apply the patch below.
