Before configuring the Auto-discovery parameters, please make sure the protocol listeners intended to be advertised by the Auto-discovery feature are accessible and can be successfully used by a manually configured email client. For example, if the intended configuration to be advertised is:

Protocol	Hostname	Port
IMAPS
SMTPS

first make sure a given email client can successfully access these ports (from a LAN or WAN).
